Terms & Disclaimer

These Terms govern your use of electricianstucsonaz.com, operated by Eagle Electric (“Eagle Electric,” “we,” “us”). By using this site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Licensing

We are in the process of confirming and publishing our Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) license number on this site. Until that number appears here, please ask us for it directly by phone or text. Arizona licenses the electrical contracting business rather than issuing an individual journeyman or master credential, and the applicable classifications are R-11 (residential), C-11 (commercial), and CR-11 (dual). You can and should verify the license status of any Arizona contractor, including ours, at the Arizona Registrar of Contractors before authorizing work.

Information on This Site Is Not a Quote

Service descriptions, general guidance, cost ranges, and pricing discussion on this site are provided for general information only. They are not a diagnosis, a warranty, or a binding price. Every home and every panel is different. A binding price is only ever given in a written estimate for your specific job, after an in-person or on-call assessment.

Electrical Code

Arizona has no single statewide electrical code adoption. We work to the current electrical code adopted by the City of Tucson or the applicable local jurisdiction for your address. Any reference on this site to code requirements is general and does not identify a specific code edition as universally applicable.

Estimates & Approval

We provide an estimate before work begins. Work does not start until you approve that estimate. If we discover additional problems once work is underway, we will stop and get your approval before proceeding beyond the approved scope.

Permits

Most residential electrical work in the City of Tucson requires a permit and inspection. Where a permit applies to your job, we handle that process and disclose it as part of the estimate.

Emergency Service

Our emergency line is answered 24 hours a day. Arrival time depends on call volume, crew availability, and your location, and any estimated arrival window given over the phone is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Any after-hours rate is disclosed before dispatch.

Warranties

Workmanship and parts warranties, where offered, are stated in writing on your estimate or invoice, and are the complete statement of those terms. Manufacturer equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer under their own terms. Nothing on this website creates a warranty beyond what appears in your written service documents.

Safety Notice

Any homeowner checks mentioned on this site — locating your panel, resetting a breaker, testing a GFCI button — are basic checks only. Do not open a service panel, work on live circuits, or attempt wiring repairs yourself. If you see sparking or arcing, smell burning, see smoke, or find exposed conductors, stop using the circuit, turn off the breaker if you can do so safely, and call us. If there is active fire or smoke, call 911 first. Do not touch a downed power line or anything in contact with one — call your utility and 911.

Communications

By contacting us or submitting a form, you consent to be contacted by phone, SMS text, or email about your request, including through automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. See our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, layout, and logos — is our property or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its general information. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not affect the terms of your written service agreement with us.

Third-Party Links

We link to third-party resources such as roc.az.gov for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The “last updated” date reflects the current version.
